Children and dogs have proven a delightful combination! Often children form a special bond with their canine friend and coming to training encourages them to handle and train their dog in a kind, positive manner.
Little Orchard Dog Training Academy has successfully launched it's Junior Handler Club which is for handlers under 16 years of age that have some training experience.
The club provides opportunity for plenty of fun and learning and teaches the handlers about both the kindest way to train dogs and information about being a responsible dog owner.
Children often have more patience, co ordination and fun than us adults.
Junior Handler Club runs for 10 weeks.
We will be looking to start a new Junior Handler Group in the summer to run alongside the Summer Holidays.
